Damnit, why is it that kids get all the cool toys? Where’s mine?

I have friends that get dressed up like stormtroopers so I figure I could tag along as General Grievous. Not sure where I’d get a set of leathers with four arms however.

While it does look cool, I wonder if it would be road legal? Anyone ever seen or ridden one of these?
