Dakar

I paid over $600 for this jacket many moons ago and it was worth every penny. I was a 44L (the "L" stands for large & tall) back then now I'm a 48L (the "L" stands for large belly). When I got the DX, I just had to go Retro black to match the Matt-black bike, so I went in search of another Hein Gericke, Paris to Dakar jacket in black. Got one back in 2007 but just couldn't let go of the brown one even though black was the new chrome.

so anyway, off to Craigslist and eBay.................SOLD

UpDate: check this new jacket out. these are still available on U.K. eBay too. Amazing what you can find out in the archives here on ESR. I would've bought this jacket in a heartbeat back when I was looking for a replacement Dakar.
