@marina Hi. I'm putting new fork oil in the front forks and rear shock of the GSX-R 1000 track bike, installing an older fiberglass track fairing, putting in new brake pads, drained the rad and will re-fill with water wetter in the springtime, drained the oil and re-filled with a lighter one for the winter, cleaning up some cosmetic damages from a spill on the track in the summer, and finally, it will get new Dunlop Q3s in the spring.
The street bike (GSX650F) is still at the shop and I will not pick it up until the end of April. The shop are doing the 12,000 km warranty checks and putting on a new front tire as part of the purchase agreement. It is new for me and I can't wait until I get it. I've read and seen on YouTube a lot of great things about these bikes.
My son and I are strongly considering driving to Florida at the end of Feb with our track bikes in our trailer and spending a 3-day weekend at Jennings Racetrack.
