1954 Triumph Tiger T110
Triumph Tiger T110 (1954) - Light Blue
The Triumph Tiger 110 had a OHV Twin 650 cc engine with a dry weight of 420 lb (190 kg). The 110 was Triumph's fastest production motorcycle to date (prior to 1954) and was developed specifically for the American market which demanded higher powered motorcycles.
in 1956 at the Bonneville Salt Flats, American racer Johnny Allen achieved the motorcyle land speed record on a modified Triumph T110 reaching speeds of 214.17 mph (344.67 km/h). The success here led to the T110's successor the Bonneville.
