Just outside the village of Phoenicia, on Route 28 in Catskill Park, there's an old diner, lovingly brought back to life. You'll find it on the Peace Love Motorcycles route.
The Phoenicia Diner is a cleaned up old-school dinner with great food. The owners spent years refurbishing the dinner and the bar. It's a good place to hang out and relax weather you're passing by or staying in the campground across the road. It gets busy on the weekends so come early.
