2013 Brammo Empulse

The Brammo Empulse has a water cooled, 40kW @ 8,200 rpm and 54 hp, permanent magnet ac motor with 6-speed transmission. The lithium batteries give 438 MPG-e (0.54 litre/100km-e) in the city and

203 MPG-e (1.16 litre/100km-e) on highways. A full charge gives a driving range of 121 miles (195 km) in the city and 56 miles (90 km) on the highway. Level 2 charge allows the batteriy to be charged from 0-99% in 3.5 hours.

The Empulse has a seat height of 800mm (31.5 in) and a dry weight of 213 kg (430 lbs). Colours available include True Blood Red, Eclipsed Black and White Noise. The starting price is $16,995, and $18,995 for the Empulse R.
