The Indian Model F is a board track racing motorcycle. It has a 4 hp 500 cc engine with inlet-over-exhaust. It didn't have a clutch, throttle or brakes, and were push-started reaching speeds of up to 100 mph (160.9 km/h). At the end of the race, the rider would need to short the magneto to stall the engine and cruise the bike to a stop.

This Model F does have a clutch, inoperable at the moment. The front forks angle is also adjusted, allowing the engine to be moved closer to the front. The fork alteration made the board track racer much more stable than others.

The Model F is up for Auction at the International Classic Motorcycle Show in Stafford on April 28. Bonhams experts expect it to reach a hefty price tag somewhere over $40,000.
