Larry and the MPC 2016 challenge-today's ride

Today I rode with my HOG group to the Hood Supply Co. in Hood, Ca, in the heart of the northern california delta.

Its always tough getting Scarlet to agree to go on those overcast and foggy mornings at Dudley Perkins Harley Davidson, the start of our ride

but get going we do, and eventually onto I believe highway 12, where we almost ran into a giant wind generator (not really, but it looked that way)

onto 160, where we crisscrossed the delta tributaries on various drawbridges

stop for a rest and some sustenance

thence after more bridge crossings, to the town of Hood and the Hood supply Co., where I had a tasty bacon wrapped hot dog

while Scarlet waited patiently with her friends.

A little over 200 miles today. Just had Scarlet tuned for a big ride in Sept. She was humming along.

This, I think, the home stretch of the Motorcycle Podcasters Challenge 2016. Its fun being part of it.
