The launching of first Indian Motorcycle under its new management creeps closer as Polaris industries announced it will unveil the 2014 Indian Chief at Sturgis during the 73rd annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Aug. 3-11

And my have Polaris outdone themselves with this stunning trailer it looks like they have gone back to the roots of Indian to make this masterpiece.

It's nice to see the storied marque returning to the market, and it certainly does look like an Indian. But there's not a lot there that excites me. Absent of specs, it seems all they are doing is trading on the name. That might be enough for some, but I'd want more than a sea of chrome for my new motorcycle
