I was offroading on a deeply rutted trail a week ago. My toe got caught on a root and rotated my foot backward. It hurt but I was busy trying to get out of the toughest track I've ever ridden, and didn't really notice it till the next morning. An x-ray sussed it. But it's minor; be out of the cast in in a coupla wks.
