It's worth the drive to Budd's BMW Motorrad

I can't say enough about Budd's Motorrad excellent customer service. In particular, John Parker the operations manager. I am planning a 10 day ride through the north eastern US with my final destination being St. John's Newfoundland. A week before my departure I had a warning light come up on the bike that I needed checked out before I hit the road. Because I live in the east end of Toronto (near the Toronto Zoo), I usually take my bike to Endras BMW in Ajax. Anyway, as you can imagine I reached out to half a dozen dealers all around the city begging for some assistance. John Parker of Budd's BMW Motorrad shuffled his extremely busy schedule around to fit me in. His only caveat was that I leave the bike with him for a few days so he could squeeze it in when the opportunity presented itself. He also took 15 minutes out of his day to talk to me about some additional service issues (upsell) that I should consider when I return. What a super guy! I think he just gained a new client.
