@H-D:registered:100 Thanks for the update.  I was confused because when I received the email for the secondary prize it was very ambiguous.  I filled out all the proper items and figured that because I got that email that I was one of the winners of a secondary prize but haven't heard anything since then.  Still wondering about that secondary prize.  Did you send out some confirmation after?  Was that just an initial form to fill out?  Sorry but as I mentioned the first email was rather ambiguous.

Hi @kiltedcylon. Thanks for your note. We´re not able to provide the list of 500 Secondary Prize Winners. All winners have been notified already and we have a winner from British Columbia for the Grand Prize–his story coming shortly. Hi @kevincolette. Very sorry to hear you had trouble collecting your points.

You can collect points at Dealerships once every 7 calendar days. While at the Dealership you need to have have the app open and Bluetooth® turned on to be able to check in to the Challenge via the beacon. For Ride Challenges you can also collect points every 7 days; and you should receive points for riding 100 km (125 points awarded) to 1600 km (500 points awarded).

If you met all the requirements and were not successfully awarded your points, we kindly ask you to contact our Support Team in-app by tapping Me > Settings > Get Support or via email at feedback at eatsleepride dot com so we can troubleshoot (and see your ride records). We thank you for your patience and we'll be more than happy to help you with this.

Just did a ride to Fox Harley Davidson spent an hour there bought some shirts and decals, Didn't get 40 points for the stop and no points for the ride. Your app is very inconsistent and not awarding points for the rides and Harley Dealership visits as stated in the rules. Check my ride records please and up date my points. I picked up my bike on 08 April and I've riden through snow, rain and feezing temperatures just so I can have a successful run up to the national HOG Rally in Ottawa

would like some answers please, did over 51km today and no points.

On Apr 29 I did the 'Go bad or go home' run.  The ferry, which is part of the run was closed, so I had to backtrack and take detours to get back on track.  Can I get my points for that?  Also, can we get a ferry schedule?  As this is one of the only routes in Alberta, more will likely face this same disappointment.

If this is not an option, can we delete the ferry from the run?

I rode to Ottawa on 04 May and received the 500km points for that, but on my return trip on 07 May I didn't get those points, I just got points for a 250km ride. I hate to think I rode through that rain and it turned to snow and not get credit for the 535km. I also did another ride today, 85km and didn't get the 50km ride points. Can you only get these points once?
