Hi @kryptonite_train thank you for your note!

As per H-D®100 Challenge's Rules, riders are allowed to a maximum of one (1) successful attempted Ride per seven (7) calendar days. If you met the requirements but were not rewarded the points please contact our Support Team in-app by tapping Me > Settings > Get Support—we'll be more than happy to help.

I completed two separate rides this rides of approximately 800 km's each this weekend with my app recording them both but have not received my points or achievements for the 500km challenge. Can I get some help with this please?

Thanks, @AlaskaGypsy. The H-D®100 Challenge is only available in Canada but there are other Challenges coming soon on EatSleepRIDE that will be available to play worldwide. Stay tuned!

That is so cool! Wonder if we have anything like this in the USA?

Hi @kevincolette. Very sorry to hear you had trouble collecting your points.

You can collect points at Dealerships once every 7 calendar days. While at the Dealership you need to have have the app open and Bluetooth® turned on to be able to check in to the Challenge via the beacon. For Ride Challenges you can also collect points every 7 days; and you should receive points for riding 100 km (125 points awarded) to 1600 km (500 points awarded).

If you met all the requirements and were not successfully awarded your points, we kindly ask you to contact our Support Team in-app by tapping Me > Settings > Get Support or via email at feedback at eatsleepride dot com so we can troubleshoot (and see your ride records). We thank you for your patience and we'll be more than happy to help you with this.

Just did a ride to Fox Harley Davidson spent an hour there bought some shirts and decals, Didn't get 40 points for the stop and no points for the ride. Your app is very inconsistent and not awarding points for the rides and Harley Dealership visits as stated in the rules. Check my ride records please and up date my points. I picked up my bike on 08 April and I've riden through snow, rain and feezing temperatures just so I can have a successful run up to the national HOG Rally in Ottawa

Thanks for your note @AlbertaBeef. Sorry to see there was a problem with that section of the route. Please send a note to our Support Team in-app Me > Settings > Get Support describing the issue and we'll be happy to help you with this.

would like some answers please, did over 51km today and no points.

On Apr 29 I did the 'Go bad or go home' run.  The ferry, which is part of the run was closed, so I had to backtrack and take detours to get back on track.  Can I get my points for that?  Also, can we get a ferry schedule?  As this is one of the only routes in Alberta, more will likely face this same disappointment.

If this is not an option, can we delete the ferry from the run?

I rode to Ottawa on 04 May and received the 500km points for that, but on my return trip on 07 May I didn't get those points, I just got points for a 250km ride. I hate to think I rode through that rain and it turned to snow and not get credit for the 535km. I also did another ride today, 85km and didn't get the 50km ride points. Can you only get these points once?

That's correct @kevincolette. The new Ride Challenges are live for both iOS and Android. Pls make sure your EatSleepRIDE app is updated to the latest version. If you have any issues, please contact the Support Team at feedback at eatsleepride dot com or in-app Settings > Get Support so we can troubleshoot.

You said there would be an update to the app beginning in May, where is it?

Hi @Johnnyrider please email the Support Team at feedback at eatsleepride dot com or in-app Me > Settings > Get Support, so we can help you activate Location on your device.

How do we collect points for riding? Clicked record to start the ride recording, did over 200km today, saved my ride in the app when I got back, and no points. Can anyone chime in as to how we can collect?

I rode over 100 km today and didn't get any points. wonder how thar works. Got points at a dealer

@SHoyt There are Harley dealers in your area where you can get points and you are also able to accumulate points for riding - extra if you choose the special #HD100 routes that are listed here.  And you can go to a "Test Your Metal" event as well.  And, if you like to write, you can send us a quick 250-word testimonial.  All that information is in the contest details.  Enjoy the ride and good luck with the contest.
