Positives:

• Waterproof, works as advertised
• Easy to mount and dismount
• Functional shape

Negatives:

• Expensive, but you get what you pay for
• Some seams are giving off fibers, but continue to hold. Will have to monitor

I recommend taking these into consideration for added space and protection.
