Snap-on Minibikes and Choppers

Snap-on Minibike - Red

Some companies do promotional t-shirts, others do stickers and decals. Snap-On Tools made promotional Custom Edition Mini bikes and Choppers AKA pocket bikes. The history of the Snap-On minis is not clear. If you have info on these things let me know.

The Snap-On bikes were very rare and were produced, from what I can find, with either a 90cc Honda cluchless transmission or a 125cc Honda, 4 speed, clutch transmission gettng up to 50 mph. Nice pipes that's for sure.

@Benji010687  Most of the parts for this bike are just basic off-brand parts. I've had to replace the fuel shut off valve as well, runs about 10-15 bucks on ebay. Just find parts on the internet that look the same and they will work. I've also replaced the CDI box, starter, and a battery. Also had to make my own handle bar brackets because the cheap material of the bars ripped just from the weight of the bike. If you are still struggling finding a valve, I can provide the link.

@fatkid My dad recently purchased this bike and we cant seen to get ANY information on it. No users manual, or anything. Hes needing a new fuel line shut off valve, and we just dont know what to do. I have tried everything. Hed like to have a wiring diagram also. Hes worried that hes not going to be able to find any parts for it if something happens. Thank you.

My wife wanted me to haul it up to laconia. but I just wouldn't feel right about trailering a running bike on such a nice day.

I have to say, that is one truly awesome bike. It is so diminutive it could probably fit it in the trunk of an average car. But then what's the point of that?

@fatkid thanks for the additional info! 200 miles round trip: that's impressive! How do people react when they see you riding by on the roads?

I'm the owner/ rider in pics. Some stats on the chopper. 2008 Bashan diablo. 125cc with 4 speed manual transmission. Stock top speed was 57mph (GPS verified) now that I did a front sprocket upgrade it does over 65 mph. They made 1200 for snap on in 2008. I've logged over 1000 miles on it including the 200+ mile round trip from keene to laconia and back.
