Sylvester H. Roper

Sylvester H. Roper is often credited with inventing the first motorcycle in the US. It was a steam engine,......... You can find more information on him, by searching his name online. Since his home at the time, is near my house, I thought I would ride by and take a couple pictures.

There is no plaque, or mentioning of any kind outside his house. These days the neighborhood is a little sketchy, and a bit run down. I don't even know if the City of Boston knows of this historical landmark.
