Its starting to appear in motorcycle gear now. Its soft and plyable like a mouse mat. Hit it with a hammer and it instantly hardens into a solid, then when force is removed it goes back to being soft. I can see motocross racers being interested in this where weight and maximum flexibility is important.

Revzilla.com carries a full line of d30! It might not be the exact same size as what you're replacing but if its too big you can easily cut it down. I am on a tear, adding D30 to clothes that didn't have armor.
