Starting a business is an ultra-marathon. We know it. The moto entrepreneur is a tenacious, sometimes reclusive creature, motivated first by passion for the motorcycle experience, then by the community and then, by monetary rewards.

Moto entrepreneurs gulp cups of freedom, they recognize motors of beauty, they work hard and yearn to do great work. They are determined, creative thinkers, sometimes freaks of detail, often masters of turning chaos in to Zen. When failure happens, the moto entrepreneur will brush off the gravel, pick up the bike and start all over again.

It's not easy building a new business in the moto-space. While motorcycling is a mature industry, it's consolidated. There is minimal funding for new players, few risks are taken on new entrants. Most businesses start off as a passion project and few are able to grow into international businesses. That said, when those companies make it, it's by the skin of their teeth. We get it--it's super hard work, we've sweat the tears. But when you make it, don't slam the door behind you. Stretch out a helping hand and bring others along for the ride. It takes all of us to grow the motorcycle industry. Right?
