Haleakala to Hana

What’s day.

This trip took me into Kahalui by accident instead of heading to Haleakala. After getting my orientation fixed and back on track it was up to the summit of Haleakala and omg so much fun, and so so cold at the summit.

After heading down the volcano for a snack it was time to head to Hana! It had rained like mad in the morning and the day before so conditions were very wet. Only one small section between mile markers 4 and 7 were really messy with gravel washout. Half way through this me and the vstrom started to be good and tight and flicking the the corners was so much fun.
