Robertson, Kiama and Fitzroy Falls with Gary, Peter and Brendan

Shortly after 7am on a fine and warm summer morning, I set out from Bundanoon to meet up with my co-riders at Pheasants Nest Southbound Service Station at 8am. Gary and Brendan brought their Harley's and Gary also brought along Peter who is visiting from Queensland. After a quick "yack", we rode South on the Hume Hwy and exited at Mittagong then took the back roads behind Bowral to get to Robertson. Down the wonderful Macquarie Pass and through Jamberoo then onto Kiama for some coffee and food (thanks Pete!). We mounted up again and battled the holiday season traffic and rising temperatures on the new Berry Bypass down to North Nowra where we hung a right towards Kangaroo Valley. Through rises, falls and twists we went down the sometimes bumpy road through Kangaroo Valley to Fitzroy Falls for a quick drink/coffee. We left Fitzroy Falls together however Gary, Peter and Brendan shortly turned right and went North back to Sydney via Mittagong whilst I went straight and came home to Bundanoon via Exeter. Another wonderful ride with some bloody good blokes on a beautiful Aussie summer's day. Thanks boys!!
