@zyonsdream None at all, in regards to electrical issues. The ones I'm using are Sunpie. Got the 4" floods and 7" headlight from Amazon for $129cdn for the set.
Plug in & no cutting of oem wiring.
You can either buy the LED headlight mounting bracket or cut the original OEM headlight mount basket due the the depth difference. I went with the sunpie mounting bracket so I can save my OEM headlight mounting bracket if I ever wanted to switch back.

I’ve been thinking of upgrading the lights on my 03 Ultra. Did you experience any electrical issues when you switched?
