im out here working in sherman...it has been perfect for riding ...hes right...its perfect again in the fall...late july and august...sitting at stoplight....heat off the road...thick humid air ...its part of it too...

Yes I would. In the middle of summer it can get pretty hot, but right now it's is the most amazing riding weather. It's a little cool in the morning, but if you wear a jacket that has a zip out liner you're golden. It's only been getting up to around 80 and it's going to stay that way for the next week or so.

Never ridden Texas - I can imagine it's hot at the best of times - would you recommend it?
