Arguably the first Superbike, the Brough Superior held the land speed records of its day. The 1920's classic motorcycle is reborn in this 1000 cc V-twin prototype launched at Eicma today. Owner Mark Upham and Boxer Design collaborated on the classic looking, high tech motorcycle prototype to deliver in only 90 days. More on the story shortly, for now, enjoy the photos.

@jordan, it's hard to see what a short-run production bike can do apart from being tailor made for the individual. Having seen it in person though, it does look amazing and the attention to detail is amazing. I expect it will be one for the collectors than the riders though

I hope it is more than just an interesting looking bike. The original Brough Superior was such an important machine and so advanced for its time, if it does not bring anything new to the table, it might be just a waste of the Brough name and heritage, which would be a shame.
