One of the nice roads from my home in 1) Visoko (Kranj) is going to Škofja Loka, than Ziri, Vrhnika, and back over Ljubljana, Medvode, Kranj. From Trieste, Italy go all the old road (not motorway) to Postojna, over Kozina, Divača etc. After visiting the world known caves of Postojna continue the ride to Logatec and from there to Ziri, Škofia Loka and Kranj. 3) From Kranj you can’t miss driving to Bled, there you can’t miss the ride around the beautiful lake, before driving on to the even more beautiful (and a little less touristic) lake and town of Bohinj. These last road has hydillic sceneries! Be careful with the gas, as the road makes you feel like giving gas..
