**Babes Ride Out LLC invites women who ride for a weekend of motocross training, flat track racing, and good old fashioned camaraderie. **

Description

Babes in the Dirt East is a ladies only dirt bike & ATV campout for those who enjoy off-roading and want to better their skills on their bike. We cater to ladies who are new to dirt through advanced riders. With 5 successful Babes in the Dirt events on the west coast, we decided to take the off-road fun to the east! We have rented out the entire i81 Motorsports Park in Greeneville, TN, just 1.5 hours east of Knoxville, TN, which features some of the best trails, an MX park, peewee track, and flat track for you to experience. Just like any event we produce, there will be food on site for purchase, games, nightly entertainment, and so much more. One of the most exciting and different features of Babes in the Dirt East is there will be training classes available for an additional fee from legendary Ashley Fiolek for MX and Johnny Lewis from Moto Anatomy for Flat Track. If you've never tried or want to learn these skills, this is a great opportunity to test the waters with a fun crew of other women

What ticket do I need? Explain them! What do they get me?

General Admission x Non Refundable ( DOES NOT INCLUDE VEHICLE PARKING)

• General admission does not include parking. We do this to encourage carpooling as we have limited space and to reduce attendees fees.

How do I sign up for the additional classes with either Ashley Fiolek or Johnny Lewis?

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? All our events are 21+ and ladies only. IDs will be checked before you enter the site so make sure it matches the name you register with. Everyone MUST be pre registered to attend. This is a permit issue so there are no acceptions.

What's the deal with weather and camping spots?

Rain or shine, gates to the group site will open at 10:00 AM sharp on Friday.There are no pre-assigned camping spots and no space saving so arrive together if you want to camp together. This weekend is about off-roading, camping, and good times with friends so high five your neighbor, they could easily become your new BFF.

What kind of transportation is allowed? Cars, trucks, trailers, toy haulers, and RVs are welcome inside the campsite but be aware there are no hooks ups of any kind. There is a parking fee (see ticket type descriptions) as you'd be taking up much more space which reduces the # of attendee space. Looking for a ride to reduce the $? I can't make it, how do I tansfer my ticket and parking pass to another rider?

Transfer entire Eventbrite order by:

1. Log in to your Eventbrite account. You can log in from the Order Confirmation email or at Eventbrite.com.

2. Go to Tickets.

3. Select the event you'd like to update.

4. Click “Edit.” …

5. Update the name and email. …

6. Save your changes.

7. Make sure new attendee recieved email and the ticket(s) / passes are in their name.

How do I connect with other attendees for this event to (1) carpool (2) buy/sell tickets & passes (3) say hello!

Don’t have a dirt bike but want to learn? We are currently working in it. As soon as we have info, we will post so please hold tight.

Can I bring my pet into the event? No animals can be in the group site unless they are service dogs. This is not a pet friendly environment.

Can I get a refund? Tickets are non refundable but you can transfer up until registration ends.

**Are there medics on site? **We have hired a private ambulance staffed with two EMTs for track hours only. Our over night security will be located at the registration kiosk for any emergencies.

What should I bring into the event?

• Protective boots, helmet, goggles, and any motocross gear you own! Trust us, this is important because you will "eat it" at some point during the day.

• WATER! Make sure to bring plenty of water but we will have bottles on site for sale via the restaurant.

• Camping gear if you plan on staying the night (sleeping bag, headlamp, tent etc). It is SUPER dark!

• A few trash bags! Please clean up after yourselves. We must leave site spotless if we want to be welcomed back.

• Warm clothes / clothes for heat (check weather before you come)

• Snacks! (always). There are no grills or structures for outdoor cooking on the property. Please use the on site restaurant or bring your own propane stove. Charcoal is prohibited.

• Cash for the coffee drinks, food, and Babes in the Dirt merch! (cards & cash accepted)

• Battery pack to charge phone. We do have power but it is allocated to lighitng the event, not charging phones 🙂

• Extra toilet paper (2 ply…. you won't regret this)

• Extra gas for your moto

What can't I bring into the event?

• Kids. This event is 21+

• Dogs 😞

• Easy Ups (they obstruct the natural beauty of the event and can become projectiles in the wind)

• Marketing materials (flyers, stickers, banners etc unless you are sponsoring)

• Your boyfriend / husband (he will have to find his own trails to rip this weekend)

What amenities will be on site?

• A restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner + snacks!

• Flushing toilets and hot showers!

• Pavilion & nightly bonfires

• Please remember there is no power at the site…like 0 for attendees to power items. Do not plug into any of the outlets as they are needed for even production.

• Nightly entertainment

• Games
