Well... yes that is true. However, riding in PA was pretty awesome, made all the better by your company. And your R1200GS(especially the GS).

We stayed in a great hotel on the beach in Mazunte with our own little cabana. Racho Cera Largo was a little out of our budget, but we really enjoyed staying where we did. The ride from Oaxaca to the beach was excellent, and it kept getting better on the way to San Cristobal in Chiapas. Really exciting riding with "variable" road conditions, glad to be on a GS.

This is a crazy road. I'm glad you did it. I'm so jealous that you were in Zipolite. It's one of my favorite places. Did you out the Racho Cera Largo?
