What Bikes Do You Love-Hate the Look Of?

Do you have any bikes that you both love and hate? I have to admit that the Victory Vision fits this space for me. I'm curious if anyone's ridden one and can enlighten me on how the ride itself is.

I agree with those that say the front looks like a one-eyed cat eating a wheel. Yet, it also has those retro-future looks, as if you asked what someone from the 40s would think motorcyclists would be riding in the far off year of two-thousand.

I'm often put off by the astoundingly large spaceship shape it has, yet I also admire that Victory has mixed an amazing amount of cruiser design elements into a really high-tech ride that really competes more with the Honda Goldwings.

Modern Design Hidden Under the Retro

Modern Design Hidden Under the Retro

Some really neat ideas are hidden under those retro fairings, with a very modern frame design. Split gas tanks are moved forward to add weight to the front steering, and down to help with the bike's very low center-of-gravity. That suspension seems to be an improvement over the typical touring cruiser as well.

I'm still amused at just how conflicted its looks make me, so I'd love to hear how they're like when you're riding one versus looking at it from the road.

The vision for sure - It's looks like something out of Flash Gordon.

I have to say, I'm also not a big fan of the new Honda cruisers either, the F6B and Rune especially. It's a shame as they ride superbly.

Same goes for the original Multistrada 1100. One of Ducati's ugliest bikes

I rode one at a test ride event. Rode very nice. But the cross country tour is the same motor and frame with more luggage space because it doesn't have the extreme styling of the vision.
