How I became a rider

1015 Centennial Dr, Kingston, Canada

My father took up riding about 13 years ago and really enjoyed it. He never went far as he was afraid to ride on what he called the "big highways". He rode a Yamaha Vstar 650 classic. About 4 years ago he decided he did not want to ride anymore and sold me his bike. I was instantly addicted and quickly outgrew the bike. I bought a 2012 BMW K1600 and have never looked back. Love riding and will ride in almost any weather.

I had a taste of riding in the 90s. My car got stolen and all I could afford was a bike... luckily I could still get a local assembled Yamaha Dragstar (also know as the V-Star I think)

Yeah, it's addictive. So's that K1600.
