UT - 25 Ride Along Fish Lake

This great motorcycle route along Fish Lake is worth it for the scenic views alone, but you also get tight curves and endlessly sweeping corners. Take a moment to drink in the breathtaking views of Fish Lake and the surrounding vegetation and hills. Fish Lake is a high alpine lake located in south central Utah very well known for its sport fishing (particularly large lake Trout and Yellow Perch).

Starting at the UT-72 and UT-25 intersection, the first eastern portion of the route is the twistiest and most technical. You'll find small fishing spots and a few Forest Service campgrounds around. The western part of the road is more relaxing, with big sweeps and easier to ride.

The road was paved not long ago and on many maps, mistakenly, it shows the first half of the route as a dirt road.

Please be prepared with enough fuel, the closest gas stations are in Loa and Lyman (about 25 miles far). Also, watch for blind corners: beware of cattle wandering the eastern slopes and sometimes making their way on to the road!
