Wellsboro Fall Ride

We are about a month out from the fall motorcycle ride in Pennsylvania Sept 22-28, 2014.

Riding is very casual and strictly awesome. Wellsboro, PA is used as the home-base for good and affordable eating, sleeping and riding with access to the Pine Creek Gorge and canyon roads with 15 minutes from town.

Roads & Riders

The roads are fabulous, and quiet. The guys are experienced sportbike riders.

Paul Rostic and his mates started the twice-annual ride about 10 years ago. In May of this year, Alex and I were hooked and we're looking forward to going back in September. Normally about 6-10 people come out and ride during the week. On the few days when we exceed this number, we split into two groups to ensure we don't have more riders than we are comfortable with and meet up for lunch and look outs.

Paul writes, "we will be joined this time by at least two guys who have never ridden with us in PA before. If you have never come to ride with us...don't be afraid to come out and ride with us, we really are friendly. We aren't a 'closed' club."

Canyon Motel

Consider staying at the Canyon Motel in Wellsboro. If you'd like to book a room, please call and let them know you're with EatSleepRIDE to get the best rate. The long stay rooms at the back are $85 per night and include a kitchen, king bedroom and pull out sofa. The front rooms are $65 with two double beds, both room types have bike parking right outside the rooms.
