The Police Memorial Ride is an annual event that takes place on the Sunday before the Police and Peace Officers' National Memorial Day in Ottawa. The ride takes place in Toronto, all monies raised from this event are donated to the CPA-Robert Warner Memorial Fund. The CPA-Robert Warner Memorial Fund is a registered charity established to provide immediate financial assistance, to the families of Canadian police officers killed in the line of duty.

The 5th annual ride is on Sunday, the 23rd of September, 2012 riding in support of the CPA-Robert Warner Memorial Fund. Last year with the help of participants and sponsors, the event raised over $14,000 for the charity. The event was a complete success with spectacular weather which brought out a record number of riders with 128 motorcycles and 153 participants. Registration is from 10 am to 12 pm at 180 Yorkland Blvd, Toronto. Fees for Bike and Rider is $25.00, for Passenger it costs an additional $15.00. Bike and rider get in free with $100 in pledges and for $150 in pledges, the bike, rider and passenger get in free. If you registered online, you will get your registration fee back.
