It's weird. Everyone I show this to knows what it means, but if that's the case, why does no-one drive like this - Obviously, aside from me. I have always assumed one of two things - a) that driving instruction really is that bad here or that b) Cops don't give a damn about enforcing rules. Moreover, what can we as responsible road users do about it?
