Time to Ride the Octane!

The nice folks at Victory Motorcycles are letting me borrow a 2017 Victory Octane for the next 10 days. Victory's warehouse is about 225 miles from my house, so I had the chance to ride the Octane home through Memorial Day weekend traffic in Los Angeles. Good times! After a 5.5 hour slog through interstate traffic (including over 30 miles of lane splitting), so far so good.

Over the next two weeks, I'll post some rides from my favorite roads on the Central Coast of California and will finish up with a full ride test report of the Octane. If you have any questions about the bike and would like me to test certain things in particular, feel free to post here in the comments section. This should be fun!
