Phuket to Ao Leuk / Wat Laem Sak

A wonderful day trip from Phuket to Ao Leuk Province (Krabi) in Thailand - Escape the tropical Island and visit a wonderful temple with sea view on the coast of the Andaman Sea.

The trip takes about 2 hours oneway and is around 140km through the impressive landscape of South Thailand.

Start: Patong or anywhere else in Phuket

Destination: Wat Laem Sak Temple

Road Condition: Very good - Good / tarmac roads / be aware of the potholes!

Note: Who wants to stay a night or two can find a cheap accommodation at the P.N. Mountain Resort. This nice Hotel offers a large swimming pool and clean rooms for 600 Baht per night.

The whole area is designated for further exploration so one or two nights are recommend!
