South Phuket Tour to Laem Promthep and Windmill Hill

On this partly cloudy afternoon we did a small ride with our bikes from Patong Beach to amazing Laem Promthep and Windmill Hill.

We used our Kawasaki Z250 and Yamaha MT-03 which are fitting perfectly to the small twisty roads in the south of Phuket.

First stopp was the Karon Viewpoint, where you can have a nice view over the 3 beaches: Karon, Kata and Kata Noi.

Second Stopp was at the Laem Promthep. This is the southern most point of Phuket and also a great place for photography.

After that we were heading towards Ya Nui Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches on Phuket.

Final Destination was the Windmill Hill Viewpoint. One of our favorite viewpoints at all.

After some relaxing hours at the above mentioned sights we went back to Patong Beach. Check out our videos from this tour at Youtube. If you have time you should defiantly do this small trip!

The trip takes about 2 hours oneway and is around 140km through the impressive landscape of South Thailand.

Start: Patong or anywhere else in Phuket

Destination: Windmill Hill Viewpoint

Road Condition: Very good tarmac roads, just be aware of the potholes and the dirt in some corners!
