@joshuag - It's called a Honda Big Ruckus - a 250cc scooter. They were only made from 2004 to 2007. Mine is actually a 2006. They only imported the 2005 and 2006 models to North America. It's a fun little bike and looks more like a tactical vehicle than anything. I love the dual front headlight and seating position. That backrest actually folds down into a second seat.
