Quick stop at Elkhorn Slough
This was taken on a rare clear day along the Monterey Bay, near Moss Landing. The body of water in the backgroud is the Elkhorn Slough. It is a brackish water estuary that is teeming with wildlife and a great place to visit.
Old farmhouse near Smith and Hook Vineyards, Santa Lucia AVA.
This old farmhouse is falling apart, so I thought it a good opportunity to get a photo op with a piece of Salinas Valley history. This is near Greenfield, CA.

On the Arroyo Seco Bridge near Carmel Valley
August 2013, took a ride through the winding Carmel Valley and took a butt breat on the bridge.
Arival at Chukchansi Resort and Casino
This past April, 2013 took a trip through Yosemite and did a little gambling along the way. Next day, ride to Murphys, CA on HWY 49!
Alices Restaurant - SF Bay Area
Early August, 2013 on a lunch stop at Alices. Good food and lots of good food and company for Red.

Gezzz, Marina: I just saw this question. Sorry for taking so long to get back with you. Are you in the Bay Area? Or, someplace in California? There are an incredible number of great rides everywhere you turn. It would help to know where you are to start with.
