Honda Rebel 300 To Be Launched At Auto Expo 2018

Honda, the popular Japanese automaker is planning to make its presence felt in the growing market of middleweight motorcycles in India. It is looking to launch a new range of motorcycles in the higher capacity segment in the country. Design and styling

The Honda Rebel 300 comes with a retro-modern styling, which looks familiar to the Rebel 250 that was launched in 1985. It is a typically designed cruiser motorcycle with a higher handlebar, new trellis frame, single front seat and other modern features. It also gets blacked-out elements along with a round LED headlight.

The cruiser bike gets a fully digital instrument console with speedometer, tachometer and fuel gauge. The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 11.2-litres and the kerb weight is around 165 kg. In terms of suspension, the bike will feature 41mm telescopic forks at the front and dual shock absorbers are present as the rear suspension.

For efficient braking, the motorcycle gets hydraulic disc brakes on both the wheels. It is further assisted by anti-lock braking system (ABS) to prevent the wheels from locking while braking.
