Brisk ride to work this morning... over 100 miles - either I like my job or any excuse to ride!

@JimmyTan i have a virtual office so my commute is usually from the bedroom to the living room. Â I go into the office once in a while to reacquaint myself with people and try to put some faces to some new names. Â I'm living in Niagara Falls now and the office is in Markham ON (Northeast side of Toronto) - all highway riding...

@alex annd @jimmytan Going for some 2-wheel therapy at lunch today too (before it rains) (got the internet hooked up in Niagara Falls!). Being sick (i.e. needing therapy) does have its compensations!

Not only that, but he went on a three hour ride after work with me, and then rode back home. I'm not even sure he ate or slept yesterday
