Marina Tames the (Gentle) Dragon

Well I did it, I rode the Tail of the Dragon and survived. This video is pretty funny because it had to be sped up to make look good. That is to say, I was riding too slowly!

My excuse? We rode in to the area and after a very long day of riding, we had to cross 129 to get to the Snowbird Lodge (our very amazing hotel) in Robinsville. I was exhausted and terrified. But the prospect of riding an hour or two out of our way, helped me make the decision. I stayed in second gear the entire way. Yowza!

Notice I'm not leaning much. By the time we got home from our 4000 km journey, I was riding much better.
