Greg Heichelbech no longer CEO of Triumph North America. Let the party begin!

<div><div><h1><br></h1></div><div><div><div><div>From dealernews</div></div><div><div><br></div></div><div><div>Publish Date:&nbsp;</div>&nbsp;<span>Jun 20, 2014</span></div></div></div><div>By Beth Dolgner</div></div><div><div><div><div>ATLANTA, Ga. &ndash; Triumph Motorcycles North America has confirmed that Greg Heichelbech is no longer CEO of the company.</div><div>In a statement to Dealernews this morning, Public Relations Director Matt O&rsquo;Connor said, &ldquo;Greg Heichelbech has left his position as CEO at Triumph Motorcycles North America. COO Matt Sheahan and CFO Don Carleo continue to lead Triumph Motorcycles North America. Triumph thanks Greg for his service and wishes him every future success.&rdquo;</div><div>According to O&rsquo;Connor, there is no immediate search for a replacement CEO. Sheahan and Carleo will absorb the responsibilities that had been handled by Heichelbech.</div><div>After a career at Harley-Davidson, Heichelbech joined Triumph North America three years ago as CEO. During his tenure, the company was almost completely overhauled, with new staff, new processes and new dealer programs. A 24-hour call center for service questions and customer service was established, a new flooring model was implemented and online parts, gear and accessories ordering was streamlined. The revamped approach resulted in 12 consecutive quarters of growth.</div><div><span>More information will be posted as it becomes available.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div>Note from Rick: <b>&nbsp;For many dealers this is great news! &nbsp;They were tired of having unwanted product shoved down their throats! &nbsp;He was not the right guy for Triumph.</b></div></div></div></div><img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/keeptherubbersidedown/uukV/~4/y8C3qrkVELE" height="1" width="1">
