Real life Akira motorcycle now touring Japan

OK, so maybe only Anime fans will get the reference, but this is pure awesome.

A gentleman by the name of Masahi Teshima has spent seven years and about $120k to faithfully recreate Shotaro Kaneda's bike from the movie Akira. It's so good, it's the only bike officially recognized by Akira's creator, Katushiro Otomo and Teshima-san is currently riding it across Japan to raise money for children's Autism.

Superb work, but I wonder how it handles
