On Buying a Roll of Quarters

Apparently you cannot purchase a roll of quarters at Bank of America unless you bank with them. Strangely, I was also wanting to open a savings and checking account as well... but was ushered out the door before I could count to one!
Is it the gun? Or the mask I use as a helmet???
