Mayantoc - Labney - Mayantoc

From Manila (4 hours travel time via McArthur), I went off roading yesterday to visit our on-going Yellow School of Hope project in Brgy. Labney, Mayantoc, Tarlac; about 15kms away from the town. The roads are rough & unpaved; zigzag uphill, downhill and few river crossing before reaching the valley community nested on the eastern slopes of Zambales mountain. #doyouvespa #vespapx150 #VespaForChildren
