is ESR abandoned?

I’ve tried contacting ESR Support several times now and I get zero response. I’ve got rides uploading multiple times, which is skewing my miles. The app has started crashing all the time. It’s taking forever for a ride to upload, if it uploads at all. I can’t seem to get any support. I’ve got almost 90,000 miles logged on here and I’m pretty unimpressed with the support lately. I guess it’s time to start building miles on REVER again.

@EatSleepRIDE so backed up that I never got an email response from early in August when I reported that miles were counting twice? I had to come on here and make a public post... I finally get a response to that but I get zero inquiry about my issue. That tells me that you already know it’s happening and you either don’t care or don’t know how to fix it.BTW, I’m on your team that tests new versions... this is a joke right?

Hopefully not abandoned. I love this app but it has been a little glitchy lately. I usually get a response from support pretty quickly but haven’t contacted them lately.
