Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month

In the US, May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month. It's important to note that it's not "motorcycle awareness month". Raising awareness of motorcycles among car drivers is absolutely important, but we as riders have our own responsibility to safety. Using available training, being geared up, riding safely and sober, all are strategies that contribute significantly to getting home safe on two wheels.
