UK: London Forbids Motorcycles From Riding Past Hospital

The hospital located in Brent, London has apparently been the scene of a few misguided bikers racing their motorcycles alongside the hospital. As we all know, you are expected not to make noise when riding, or driving, alongside a hospital. So no loud pipes, no honking, no revving up, etc.
